Privacy Policy

We collect information you give us directly and a limited amount of technical information collected automatically when you use the site.

Information you provide. When you submit a quote request, contact form, newsletter subscription or job application, we collect the details in that form — typically your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, and the content of your message. Quote requests also include your proposed city, media type, preferred locations, campaign duration and budget range.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider and analytics record standard technical data including IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you visit. Where Google Analytics is enabled, IP addresses are anonymised.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to quote requests, enquiries and job applications;
• prepare site plans and costings, and to manage campaigns you book with us;
• send the newsletter, where you have subscribed — and only until you unsubscribe;
• maintain internal records of enquiries so our team can follow up properly;
• understand how the site is used, so we can improve the inventory search and the pages that matter to clients;
• meet our legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use enquiry data for advertising targeting.

Where the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 applies, we process personal data on the following bases: consent, for newsletter subscriptions and non-essential cookies; performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, when you ask us for a quote or book a campaign; legitimate interests, in maintaining enquiry records and securing the site; and legal obligation, where retention is required by law.

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site working, including the session cookie that authenticates administrators. Analytics cookies, where enabled, help us understand aggregate usage.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly, though it will not affect browsing the billboard inventory.

We rely on a small set of processors to run the site. Each receives only the data needed for its function:

• Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
• Neon — managed PostgreSQL database storing enquiries and inventory records.
• Resend — delivery of form notification and acknowledgement emails.
• Cloudinary — storage and optimisation of billboard photography.
• Google Analytics — aggregate usage statistics, where enabled.
• OpenStreetMap — map tiles used on the inventory and contact pages.

Some of these providers process data outside Nigeria. Where that happens we rely on the providers’ contractual safeguards for international transfers.

Enquiries and quote requests are retained for up to five years so we can service repeat business and meet accounting requirements. Newsletter subscriptions are held until you unsubscribe. Job applications are held for twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

The site is served over HTTPS, administrator passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes rather than plain text, and access to the admin panel is restricted to authenticated staff accounts. Database access is restricted and credentials are held as environment secrets.

No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, request its deletion, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent at any time. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe route.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.
