The XL Billboards team is led by Thaddeus Ukpe (Mr), a graduate of Communications arts. A member of Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) with over 12 years hands-on- experience in OOH advertising.
Bright Okelebe
Head, Operations B.S.C Electrical/Electronic
Okelebe Bright is a graduate of Electrical Electronics Engineering (Telecommunications), currently running a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology.
He functions as an operational manager who helps in proper management of input and output resources of the company, and also ensures that specified and quality services are rendered to clients as at when due.
